Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is the liquid part of patient’s own blood (plasma) which contains concentrate of platelets and growth factors. Patient’s blood is withdrawn (like that for routine blood check up) and centrifuged to derive PRP.

These growth factors stimulate hair follicle and collagen in skin, thus proving useful in treatment of hairfall, acne scars, under-eye dark circles, skin rejuvenation and ulcers.

The area to be treated is anesthetized before injecting PRP, making the procedure comfortable and absolutely safe.
